Defendant James Couri, pro se, moves for to reargue his prior motion for an
order vacating the judgment filed December 21, 1994 which was entered against him in
this action. Kenneth Gomez, as assignee of plaintiff Carlton House, Inc., opposes this
motion. Couri has failed to establish that the court overlooked or misapprehended the
relevant facts, or misapplied any principle of law (CPLR

5 2221 [d] [2]). Rather, Couri is

merely dissatisfied with the result of his prior motion. Dissatisfaction is not a proper
basis for a motion to reargue. Accordingly, the motion is denied in its entirety.
