Preservice teacher personal reflection:

Students engaged using their show-me boards. Students were rarely off task. If students
become off task they were quickly and promptly redirected as per the classroom behaviour
management system. It was fantastic to observe the questioning as it become apparent to me
as a pre-service teacher how important it is to ask questions of the students to make them
think about what they are doing, the questions they are answering, to create higher order
thinking and to embed the knowledge for long term memory.
