movie(Tompkins,2003). Violent movie is a movie that contain the bloody scene, kidnapping
scene, rape scene and others which improper for children. The most violent ever in the history is
called The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. This movie had been banned in every country in the
World. The reason is because almost of the scene in the movie is only killing. The scene contains
the psychopathic behavior became cause for concern, leading to the eventual ban. Most of the
movie lovers told that if you have the kids dont let your kid watch this movie. The example of
bloody violent movie is Ninja Assassin, in the movie most of the scenes were only about
killing. The movie wasnt censored any of bloody thing. The article entitled Banned Movies
from enkivillage.com, provided lists of violent movies that kids must not watch. The common
violent movies are The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Cannibal Holocaust, Ninja assassin, 300, Kick
ass, Kill bill and Smokin aces(Tina,2015).
Effects to Childrens Behavior
There are many researches told that violent movies affects the children behaviors. The
experimental studies have shown that even your kids watch the violent film only one time it can
change their behavior too. Kaj Bjorkqvist assigned one group of four years old children to watch
violent movie and another to watch nonviolent ones. They take all the children to playing
together in one room. The result shown that children who watched the violent movies have more
aggression than another who watch nonviolent movies. The researchers also did the experiment
on the fifteen years old boy and girl. The outcome is similar to the four years old children but it
is more aggression such as punching, beating, choking, threatening, or attacking with a knife or

gun. So parents shouldnt let their children to watch any of violent because it can cause your
children to become aggressive(Anderson,2008).
Effect to Childrens Mind
The article entitled Here's how violent, graphic and scary movies affect your kids
indicated that fifty-two percent of children in 1999, were had a trouble with sleeping and eating
after watching violent movies. This is only the short term effect. AllPsych Online, an online
classroom dedicated to psychology, told that children who watch the violent movies have more
percent to increased feelings of hostility, decreased emotional response to the portrayal of
violence and injury that lead to violent behavior through imitation(Scribner, 2014). There are
also the research from The National School Safety Center told that much of the recent violence
plaguing schools has been created by violent and graphic films. Instead of learning about the
values in school, students are more likely to watch movies to gain information about what morals
to follow. Nowaday children spend more time to watch the movies than before, this telling that
the children can easily have aggression mind than before.
