ToimplementMHPSEOutageQualityManagementSystem
ImplementatrainingandevaluationsystemonFSDepartment
Toperformonsiterole(OPMorTA)whenrequiered
ManageFieldServiceTeamsinagreementwithFSD(FieldServiceDirector).
ToworkcloselywithotherMHPSEdepartmentsoncommercialandmanagementprocess
CoordinatewithotherFSMinthedifferentcountriespersonnelforoutages(crossutilization)optimizingtheuseof
personnelonsite.
Toensurethatqualitycontrolproceduresareusedduringdisassembly,inspection,andassemblyofturbinesandrelated
equipment.
Todevelopandmaintainpositiverelationshipwithcustomerpersonnel(InternalandExternalCustomer).
Toestablishandmanageoutageimplementationbudgetcontrol.
AssistwithidentificationanddevelopmentofServiceproducts.
ToensurethatthroughFieldServiceTeamitisprovidedafirstresponsesupportforInternalCustomersasmaybe
necessaryduringunplannedmaintenanceevent.Includingdeploymenttositetorecommend,directandorimplement
troubleshooting,factfinding,orrepairactivities.
ToworktogetherwithServiceDirectorsforproposaldevelopment(workscopedocuments,DivisionofResponsibilities
document,etc.).
Tosupportcustomer/internalnegotiationandimplementationmeetingsasrequired.
TosupportthedevelopmentofqualityvendorstosupporttheservicemissionofMHPSEbyseekingqualityservice
organizationsthatcancontributetotherequirementsofMHPSE.
AssistProgrammeManagement,CommercialManagersandServiceDirectorsindevelopingcostestimatesforGas
Turbine,GeneratorandSteamTurbineservicenewproposals.
PersonSpecification:
Education:Bachelor'sdegree(BSME,BSEE)inEngineeringfromfouryearcollegeoruniversitywithprovenrelated
experienceand/ortrainingorequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperiencewiththeenergygenerationand
mandatoryexperienceinGasTurbineandpreferablewithgeneralknowledgeinSteamTurbinesandGenerators
operation,powerplantcontrollogicsoroperation.
FluencyinbusinessEnglish
VerygoodknowledgeoflargeframeGasturbines(Mitsubishi701ispreference)
Handsontypepersonaswellasfamiliarwithofficeenvironment
Technicalproblemsolver
Experienceworkinginmaintenance,repairandtroubleshootinginPowerPlants,GasTurbines
Computerknowledgeandmasteryofcommonsoftwarepackagesforofficework.ExperienceworkingwithMicrosoft
