Thestandardfunctionalityofcopyingrequisitionis:
Thesystemtriestogenerateanaccount.
Ifitissuccessfultogenerateavalidaccountthenpopulatesalltheaccountinginformationaccordingly.
Ifthesystemisnotabletogeneratetheaccount,ittakesthefavoritechargeaccount.
Ifnofavoritechargeaccountispresent,thesystemmerelycopiestheoldrequisitionaccountinginformation.Whenyoucontinuetocheckout
andtrytosubmittherequisition,itvalidatesallthefields.
Ifanyoftheinformationisinvaliditpromptsthepreparertochangethecorrespondingfield.
Inanycase,itsmadesurethatthereqissubmittedwithallvalidinformation.
