Comments: Tracy has demonstrated compassion and the understanding of personal values of our
clients. Tracy appears to have a huge heart and must remember the importance of establishing

Comments: Boundaries are something I think Tracy will need to work on establishing as she has a
huge heart and wants to help at all cost.

Comments: Tracy has made some improvement with both written and oral communications.
However, it is recommended that Tracy continue to work on improving them both. The good thing

about this is that she is in awareness of this and continues to work on communicating effectively.
