We, ARCHEL L. BIENES and EFARA D. MORADAS, Filipinos,
both of legal age, married respectively, and both are residents of
Poblacion, Guipos, Zamboanga del Sur after having duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and say;
That we personally know RENANTE JEMPAYAN TAGALOGON
because we are close family friends and neighbors in our barangay;
That Renante Jempayan Tagalogon was born on August 28, 1979,
at San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur;
That Renante Jempayan Tagalogon, is one of the children of
Maximina Gimpayan Tagalogon;
That we are not related to Renante Jempayan Tagalogon, either
by affinity or by consanguinity;
We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the
foregoing statements that Renante Jempayan Tagalogon is the son of
Maximina Gimpayan Tagalogon and for any legal purpose this may
serve.
