雨 天 下 的 燦 爛 笑 容

- 走訪清遠市白灣陽光兒童村

2010 年 5 月 9 日，本会在關民鋒主席和名譽会长區劍雄老先生的
率領下，一行 26 人早上 9 時從深圳出發，探訪了清遠市白灣陽光兒童村。
兒童村地處偏遠山區，從清遠市行車約兩小時抵達，當日天陰下雨，小巴
在鄉村的小路奔馳，沿途樹木鬱葱，綠油油的田野，小河流水淙淙，環境
清幽寕靜，對久居城市石屎森林的團友們，難得復返自然，吸一口清新的
空氣。
白灣陽光兒童村創辦於 1999 年，由香港陽光兒童基金會資助，主
要是接收附近村鎮單親或無父無母的孤兒，為他們提供食宿及建立一個良
好的教育環境。兒童村現有兒童 108 人，年齡由 4 歲至 18 歲，教職員
26 人，院方除安排入住兒童在鄰近的村小和鎮中學讀書外，並教導兒童
學習電腦和一些職業技能。
下午 5 時抵達兒童村，代理院長閻偉先生等教職員熱情接待，帶領
我們參觀男女童宿舍、教學室、溫習室，詳細介紹兒童在村內的起居和學習
生活。團友們三、五一堆的圍住兒童閒話，了解和關心他們的生活狀況。
6 時，原定在室外篝火会圍在一起燒烤与孩子們歡樂一晚，由於下雨
改在飯堂晚飯，兩三個團友分插入座，與兒童和導師坐在一起，一圍 10
人四菜一湯，餸菜非常簡樸，但輕輕鬆鬆的家常便飯，聊天天，氣氛熱鬧
而又非常融洽温情。
晚飯後，孩子們為我們表演唱歌跳舞，靦腆樸實的臉孔充滿稚嫩的
童真，引起團友的一陣陣熱烈掌聲。之後，關主席特意帶來了一包包的糖
果文具禮品，每人一份，區老先生亦代表本會向每位兒童贈送紅包一封，
孩子們歡天喜地的依次領取，外面天色已黑，下着大雨，但室內却充滿了
孩子們的歡樂聲和一張張燦爛的笑容。
一點感想
探訪白灣陽光兒童村是一次愉快的旅程。愉快有兩方面：第一，沿途
感受寕靜的鄉村田野景色，品嘗著名的清遠雞農家美食，特別開心；第二，
看到兒童村的孩子在良好的環境下讀書、生活、成長，團友們與他們一起
玩遊戲，看到一張張快樂、滿足的笑臉，分享他們的歡樂，特別喜悅。探
訪陽光兒童村的印象可分硬件和軟件來看：

兒童村的硬件
從硬件看，兒童村的教學樓、宿舍、飯堂等的設備基本完善，使一群
缺乏家庭溫暖，失去父或母的單親孤兒能在這樣一個良好的環境下讀書、
 生活，接受社工、導師的教育成長，非常難得！村內的寄宿生活溫馨，有
紀律、有秩序，探訪所見，孩子們在村內讀書、溫習、玩耍，非常開心，令
人感動！香港陽光兒童基金會的善心捐助，兒童村工作人員的愛心奉獻，
值得我們致以崇高的敬禮！

兒童村的軟件
兒童村為單親孤兒提供一個良好的讀書、生活環境，非常難得，但院
方似乎沒有設定一亇明確的目標：希望兒童長大离村后做什麼？据閻代院
長說創村 10 年已有三位兒童升讀大學，但非普遍性，長遠而言是否可考
慮配合珠三角城市的工業發展需要，設立一些職業技術培訓課程，讓他們
學習一些實用技能，將來更易於融入社會？

再次感謝香港陽光兒童基金會副主席陳太，和閻偉代院長的盛情接
待，讓愛心會的執委朋友与孩子們一起歡樂，享受一个難忘美妙的晚會！

Day 1
早上 9 時皇崗口岸集合，出發！副領隊林劍華(中圖)介紹旅程要點。
Everyone arrived on time and we began the journey fresh and ready.

沿途感受寕靜的鄉村田野景色，品嘗著名的清遠雞農家美食，特別喜悅！
We stopped by 清遠市 for a delicious chicken meal and a taste for the humidity.
 Journey continues after lunch.

白灣村(現稱石潭村)景色怡人，田野綠油油，雨後的農村顯得一遍寕謐幽
靜。改革開放後，近年來很多村民到城鎮打工，賺錢回鄉建樓，遠處看一
幢幢兩層高的新屋與殘舊的農戶形成強烈的對比。

We were warmly welcomed by the Resident Director and

the staffs 兒童村的導師在大門盛情接待，並與閻偉代院長帶領參觀設
備。
 Baiwan Sunbean Chidren’s Village building is a two-storey high, multi-purpose
complex. The ground floor houses the boys and the second floor the girls. There
are various rooms for activities such as a TV room and the canteen. The whole place
was in very good shape when we visited: clean, tidy, well-organized.
We saw most of everything ourselves, and talked with the kids’ on their daily lives
and living conditions. Most of our questions about their educational support
remained as questions; however, we were glad to see that the living conditions
are excellent by all standards.

Due to weather conditions, we decided to have dinner indoor instead. Dinner was
served in an orderly fashion. The kitchen and dinner hall were very clean. Games
followed, led by 林劍華, during which we got closer to the kids. Gifts were donated
and given out by Chairman Merton Kwan. The evening ended in laughters and
cheers.
 Day 2
探訪黃花鎮中心小學
Morning rain did not stop us visiting 黃花鎮中心小學. 黃花鎮中心小學(原稱明逕鎮)為
本會於 1999 年資助的第一間建校項目。Kids went to school in usual fashion
and we arrived while classes were in session. We sat down with the
school officials for a brief report of the school’s latest news before we
toured around the school buildings.
The main purpose of the visit was to review the needs to change old
doors of the student’s dormitory. There are altogether 96 doors to
be replaced. They looked old; some of them seemed like they were
falling apart as they were not well made. Due to wear and tear, one
of them was even taken down as it fell apart completely.
