Paper: Choc. chip, pink pirouette, Ink: versamark, choc chip, close to cocoa Accessories: clear EP, brayer, sponge, paper piercer, pink tafata ribbon, ribbon slide, CE microbeads I stamped my bg stamp onto white paper, then layered vellum over the whole image. I added my ribbon, a little HPH and *poof*! Here's my card! I filled in all the little holes from the Doilie edge punch with Liquid Pearls in white and pink. You HAVE to have a steady hand for this! I was laughing at myself shaking...it almost made me want to cry. ANYWAY! This card is so much more beautiful in person....the Bella Toile background stamped so perfectly in white craft on the Kraft, black, pink pirouette The main portion of the card (blue and white CBed layers and ribbon) already existed as a sample for a wedding announcement. So I decided to do a mix of masculine and feminine and stamped a portion of Bella Toile in Chocolate Chip then watercolored it using reinkers. Printed out the sentiment and added some Dew Drops. Bella Toile, Elegant Cheer Paper: Basic Black, PTI White Ink: Palette Noir, Versamark Accessories: Heat & stick powder, Art Intitute Glitter #507 Black Wing, Scor-pal, Creative Imaginations Black Velvet brad, Doodlebug adhesive rhinestones Black magic Paper: Black and white Ink: White and black Accessories: Prismacolor pencils and Gamsol and fun ribbon Techniques: Black Magic Aquapainter with reinkers for coloring. 4.5x6 finished size. Paper: hot press wc paper, black, tango, RHR Ink: Black CRAFT, RHR, Pink P, Tango, Kiwi, Baja, Pacific point, Old Olive Accessories: Clear EP, perfect layers, aquapainter, corner rounder punch, olive grograin ribbon, horizontal slot punch Techniques: heat embossing I used a Blush Blossom cardstock base and laid my stencil over it. Then I got my versamark ink pad and smooshed (yes, that is a technical term!!!) it all over the stencil, embossed with WHITE embossing powder and then just ran my vintage wheel over the top. The ink wipes off the white embossed area easily with a tissue and I think it looks so pretty. You don't have to emboss, you can sponge over the stencil too, with ink and daubers, or with chalks, ~ so versatile for a different look.
