You have been referred to the Montgomery County Driving Under the Influence Program by the Office of
the District Attorney of Montgomery County to attend Alcohol Safe Driving School. Therefore, you are
scheduled to attend classes as follows:

Please be advised that class attendance is mandatory as directed by Pennsylvania law. Should you fail to attend
Alcohol Highway Safety School, we are directed to notify the Office of the District Attorney that you are not in
compliance.

' The class FEE of $175.00 for the DUI school must be received by this office ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE
FIRST DAY OF CLASS. Payments will NOT be accepted by this office on the first day of class. Your court costs
paid at the time of your hearing did NOT cover this fee for school.

A $30.00 fee will be charged for rescheduling classes.

You are expected to attend all of your scheduled class times. Missing a session will result in
repeating classes from the beginning.
