Maybe we could have a competition to design the outside designs… The South East False Creek housing is costing ti over $450,000 $450 000 a suite; it The recently approved social housing is costing just over $300,000 for a small studio; These modular units would cost under , $40,000 for a sleeping p g room with shared bathrooms; And around $45,000 for a sleeping room with private bathroom Although ‘temporary’, it could be relocated many times
