Denver Police are asking for the assistance of the media and the community to identify
and locate a robbery suspect.

On July 17, 2010, at approximately 8:17 p.m., an armed suspect robbed Mini Market
convenience store located at 1502 West Alameda Avenue. The suspect is described as a
Hispanic male suspect, approximately 20-30 years old; wearing a black t-shirt, black long
shorts, and black and white tennis shoes, with a shaved head, mustache, and small goatee
patch on his chin. He was armed with a small black semi-automatic gun when he entered
the convenience store. He demanded money from the clerk who gave him what was in the
register. He fled out the door.

It is believed the same suspect robbed the Conoco gas station located at, 1253 W.
Alameda Avenue at 8:47 p.m. that same night.

Denver Police are releasing still pictures and a video of the suspect committing the crime
at 1502 West Alameda Avenue. You can be pick up a video CD at the Denver Police
Administration Building, information desk located at 1331 Cherokee Street.
