3] If The Agora fails to print the ad the client can have the ad run in a later issue or a full refund within five [5] business days. The Agora is not liable
for any losses, damages, costs, financial or any other burden that may arise from the ad not running. The only remedy for a paid ad not running is an-
other ad run at a later date or a refund of monies paid.
4] The Agora reserves the right to not run any ad for any reason and to modify contract details, at which point the client has the option to renegotiate
or to void the contract.
