Goals: 4 Month Goals

1. School Board Candidates: Supporting the candidates individually,

Have each candidate to speak to ACTP, have Straw Poll and announce
the results.

2. Paul Dorr School Board Seminar: Saturday, August 7, 2010

We need to organize the Event Committee to start the process.

3. Research Revocation of Political Subdivision Status from

Aiken County School Board. This has to be done through an
unanimous vote of the current legislative delegation. It will
revoke the school boards power to tax.
4. Aiken County Public School Board must have transparency in
regards to all accounting, expenditures and income on line by
July 1st or there are penalties. They have complied according to
Jane Page Thompson

5. LOST Tax: Local Option Sales Tax (Penny Tax) will be on

November Ballot. Research and decide position.

6. NAAPC’S Statement on racism in Tea Parties.

7. Columbia Tea Party Charter:

Open Discussion and vote for changes and / or adoption.
