RESOLUTION NO. 2009-05-02

A RESOLUTION TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT OF MR. KENZLEE E. YBAÑEZ

AS BARANGAY SECRETARY OF BARANGAY BASAK, LAPU-LAPU CITY

WHEREAS, the Barangay Basak Sangguniang Barangay Officials voted last April 27,
2009 to cancel the appointment of MR. CRISTINO BAGUIO as Barangay Secretary;

WHEREAS, Barangay Basak is in need of a Barangay Secretary, the Sangguniang

Barangay of Basak agreed to appoint MR. KENZLEE E. YBAÑEZ as Barangay Secretary;

NOW THEREFORE, on mass motion of the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Basak,

and duly seconded by the same, to confirm the appointment of MR. KENZLEE E. YBAÑEZ as
Barangay Secretary;

RESOLVED, that copies of this resolution be furnished, the City Mayor, The City
Accountant, The City Treasurer, The Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG)
andthe Bureau of Treasury for their information and guidance;

APPROVED this 4th day of May 2009 at Barangay Basak, Lapu-Lapu City.
