NOTICE OF MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL APPROVAL

The Office of the Commissioner of Baseball hereby gives notice that the Asset Purchase

Agreement1 and Rangers Baseball Express, LLC have received all requisite consents and

approvals required to implement the Asset Purchase Agreement, as set forth in the Bidding

Procedures Order and Section 10.1(d) of the Plan, in accordance with the Major League

Constitution, the Control Interest Transfers – Guidelines and Procedures, and other relevant

Rules and Regulations of Major League Baseball.
