e Following this action it was noted by the witness and now by his wife
and brother in law to the witness, (whomhad now relocated to a position
outside the house), that the two light sources were travelling in a
horizontal flightline across the skyline in close proximity and
maintaining coherent spacing between themselves.

As both light sources passed the view of the witness, he noted that both
light sources appeared to show no navigational lighting, both light
sources appeared to be the size of a small light aircraft and apart trom
the two light sources coherent motion, they appeared to be moving
slowly across the skyline.
No noise was noted by the witness in connection with the sighted light
sources, though the witness did note an apparent triangular shaping to
both light sources as they came closer to the witness’ across the skyline!.

Movement of the light sources was trom a south to north direction, trom
the witness’ position.
This direction takes the flight path of the objects trom the
Nottinghamshire area, across the motorway (see map), to the north,
parallel to the Derbyshire border,(to the west).
The witness describes how at one point towards the conclusion of the
sighting, that one of the light sources appeared to rotate and take a
position above the other light source which appeared to the witness that
the two light sources had joined or connected together, this effect
maintained throughout the remainder ofthe witness’ sighting.
All the witness’ watched the light sources move towards the horizon
before finally moving out of viewing range.

The weather around the time of the sighting as described via the witness,
was partly clear skies with some cloud cover and slight rain, there was
still air and reasonable viewing conditions for the time ofthe sighting.
.
, ’
. .

The lights were noted to only appear around cloud covered areas ofthe
sky and seemed to repeatformations at half-hour
rotations.

The display was not noted to have been observed within clear areas of
sky that night.
The witnesses main reason for reporting this event was to find further
confirmation as to a causefor the sightingl.
The area described by the witness as the area that he believed the lights
were reported over would be the Eastwood area of Nottinghamshire,
though given the darkness around the time statedfor the sighting it may
be that the lights appeared to be over an area either closer orfurther in
line with the Eastwood areafrom Morley.

It is believed that this sighting may have inadvertently been that of a

Our planet will soon undergo a change. A new and different world
will emerge. Mankind will be better off than ever before. The
enclosed book profiles the events that will take place.

Their concern is the ongoing bloody wars, the widespread human

poverty that is responsible for human living conditions that are
unimaginable, and the abundant human suffering that relentlessly
continues on, here on the earth. Their aim is to assist us by
transforming the earth into a global paradise. This may sound
fantastic and incredible but it is true, as you will soon discover.

When you read the Book of the Universe you will be fascinated when
you read about the advanced technology of alien civilizations who
are light-years ahead of us.
You will discover how aliens are communicating with our
subconscious minds across the vastness of space. Our own
subconscious minds are a source of information for aliens on
distant planets, in far-a-way galaxies of the universe, without us
being aware of it.

The normal evolution of man will be altered. Our planet will be

and a lasting peace will have dominion over the earth. Poverty will
be ended. Highly advanced economic concepts will transform the
earth’s impoverished economies into middle class societies and
economic prosperity will dominate the earth. The impoverished
civilizations of the world will be uplifted to higher economic levels.
Presently two-thirds of the world’s population live in horrible
economic conditions from dire poverty. Because this intelligence is

where civilizations of humans live in global peace and prosperity.

The human misconduct of yesteryear that spawned actions of

I
Ie IS MAN ALONE? OFF BY
I HIMSELF IN A DISTANT SOLAR
SYSTEM. THE ANSWER MAY NOW
BE REVEALED.
I As man evolves on the planet earth it is
I his belief that he is isolated in the
universe. Off by himself on a remote
I planet in a distant solar system away
from other forms of life in the
universe. Man is free to develop and
I improve his society and his civilization
as he sees fit. Distances in space are so
I immense that communication or
contact with other forms of life
I appears to be insurmountable. Man
feels insignificant and inconsequential
on his tiny planet in space. Alone and
I isolated man has evolved and
developed but he has not yet matured.
I He lacks the knowledge and desire to
govern his own planet. The
I consequences are a world comprised of
turmoil and conflict. Extreme poverty
and shocking living conditions engulf
I two-thirds of the world’s population.
War and bloodshed are considered
I acceptable.

I
I
There is no global governing regulatory
organization to restrict or prohibit wars.
Citizens of the nations of earth are subjected
to government control and discipline.
Enslaved by oppressors who regulate their

I
I
lives. There is no global governing
regulatory organization to uphold human
rights.
I
Man has always regarded himself as being
detached in the universe. Apart from all
I
things. While being independent and
self-reliant the earth has evolved. In the
domain of man’s imagination he had never
I
conceived or envisioned that his isolation
was an element of his evolution. Man’s
I
development and growth in isolation is
instrumental in discovering behavioral
I
development. Man’s complete belief in his
separation from all things has influenced his
actions and behavior. It can now be revealed
I
that mankind is not alone in isolation as
humanity had concluded. A vast and
I
incomprehensible system is at work in the
universe that cannot be discovered with
I
instruments or telescopes. This system links
the galaxies. I
I
I
I
I-
I
I
Mystifying and beyond comprehension the
system has remained out of reach of man’s
awareness. Unknown and hidden from man
this system can telegraph a planet’s
behavior development. This book and the
information it contains is the result of man’s
I inability to govern his own planet. Without
mankind being aware of it his conduct has
I been observed. From the very beginning
man has believed that his actions were
I relevant only to himself. The events of
history were recorded in a manner that
mankind could not have conceived of. Man
I believed that only his conscious would be
the judge. Now it can be revealed. Higher
I intelligence off the earth is concerned about
our planet’s welfare. Read this book and find
I out who. And why. The knowledge this
book contains will astound you. The
knowledge you will acquire in this book is
I not available anywhere on earth. It came
from beyond the earth. Study it well and you
I will be enlightened beyond your wildest

CHAPTER 1
THE ORIGINAL FUNDAMENTALS
OF THE UNIVERSE
_I
I
I
Because this is the story of the universe,
its beginning, its purpose and it’s
working elements, it is best presented in
I
a planetarium. This book is written in a
format as if it were being presented to a
I
planetarium audience.
In a planetarium an optical device projects I
images of celestial bodies on a dome ceiling.
Ught passing through the optical device
projects images of galaxies, suns, planets,
I
comets, asteroids and other celestial bodies
and phenomenon that make up a universe.
I
The auditorium is dark. When the optical
device is turned on the dome ceiling is filled I
with celestial bodies. The audience perceives
the feeling of sitting in space looking at the
universe. The Griffith Park Observatory in
I
Los Angeles, California has a planetarium
where a presentation is given to explain
I
about the universe.
In this planetarium the story of the
Universe, the origin of Man, and the
I
essential fundamental elements that exist in
the universe are told. As set forth in "The
I
Page 1 I
I
Ie Book of the Universe". This is a true story.
I The story reveals that intelligent life beyond

During the story a speaker narrates. A movie
is shown through the optical device. When

human evolution occurred. Because man is
imperfect, and the process for man to evolve
I
is lengthy, God provided a system to assist
man. God realized that human evolution I
would require a mechanism that would
involve a process for overlooking evolution
as it developed on the planets of the

cosmos. The potential for negative human
behavior is a concern that requires a system
I
to serve the planets of the universe. The
evolution process of man is assisted by
God’s system. God demonstrated his infinite

would establish harmony in the universe. His

not need a mate to reproduce. It produces

The offspring can live throughout eternity. In

Question? Why did God want to stockpile all
the knowledge contained in the universe?
ANSWER. Because knowledge is vital to
human progress on planets throughout the
galaxies. Knowledge is the commodity that

determines intelligence. On each
planet of the cosmos where humans reside,
ideas, innovation and creativity playa role in

I
Question? What does God’s Supret:ne Being
do with all the knowledge it has stockpiled? I

VISUAL: Return to the Optical Device.
SPEAKER: God endowed human
I
subconscious minds with the capability to
communicate with each other. Across the I
vastness of space human subconscious
minds are able to communicate. The
galaxies are teeming with communication.
I
This mystifying network of subconscious
communication has a purpose. To provide
I
man with access to information beyond his
own planet. Through God’s system man can I
benefit from knowledge in distant solar
systems without actually going there. The
knowledge of the universe is shared. This
I
chapter will explain how this remarkable
process works.

I
SPEAKER: Human subconscious minds also
communicate amongst one another by I
telepathy. Telepathy, or mind
communication allows information to be
passed over distances that no other
I
communication system can accommodate. .1
The term speed does not exist in telepathy.
Mind communication is instantaneous. How
this is accomplished is a mystery for I
mankind to unravel on day. If God’s secret
can be learned then man could

it
This interconnecting
I communication system that links all beings
allows for the transfer of knowledge between
planets without humans being consciously
I aware of it. God has entrusted the
subconscious to impart information to man
I which it has stored through its
communication that will lead to the
I advancement of humankind. Our own
subconscious minds are a vast storehouse of
knowledge qnd information, as God has
I planned it to be to assist us. Ideas slip out of
the subconscious, that inspire us, encourage
I us, and guide us. Many times these ideas
were transferred from other planets where
I the original inventor first conceived of it or
accidentally discovered it. Through this
method all beings indirectly and
I unconsciously share discoveries, as
incredible as it might sound. So the next
I time you get an idea, a notion, an
inspiration or a brainstorm, stop to consider,
I was it your own subconscious sharing some
of its stored knowledge with you. VISUAL:

SPEAKER: Perhaps we might ask what kind
of information the subconscious minds of
our universe share with each other. They
_I
I
I
share information that is useful for the
development and advancement of mankind.
They send information to other planets
I
regarding useful inventions, ideas and
discoveries on their own planet. Ideas and
I
information are passed along. Each
subconscious mind stores the information, I
then passes it to others. This passing of
information from one to the other is how the
information works its way through the
I
universe. As it is passed, it is used.
Each subconscious mind decides what
I
information it will impart to its counterpart,
the conscious mind. Since the information is I
stored for a lifetime it can be utilized at

In the beginning God filled the heavens to

humans and creatures of all kinds. This is

infinite universe a system of communication
exists whereby information and knowledge
can be passed across the great distances of
space. This communication system is

comprised of human subconscious minds.
They pass information from planet to planet

proportions. The knowledge that is stored in
the Supreme Being is a storehouse of

that they perform on each home. Just as
automobile assembling has been broken

down into many different tasks so has the
construction of a home. Workers move from

house to house performing their task. This
type of construction allows unskilled workers

to build tracts of new homes that would
normally require highly skilled expensive
craftsmen. In order to reduce labor costs
I
Wollner is using hungry, starving people
from foreign countries who are willing to

work for food, shelter and a small salary.

I been abandoned by parents who cannot
care for them, usually for economic reasons.
I This global tragedy is a result of dire poverty
for which no solution exists. (Other then the
I solutions that God’s Workers might provide.)
Forced to live in the streets these children
face a bleak existence. Unloved and rejected
I by society
they have no one to turn to. There numbers
I are so staggering that governments are not
capable of dealing with the problem. Their
I nutritional requirements are rarely met and
the result is starvation, disease, illness and
often death. Assembly Une Construction
I crews are presently in Southern Mexico
building dormitory style buildings to house
I these children. Four children will share a
room with bunk beds. They will receive
I nutritious meals and will attend school
during the days. At night they will watch
television, movies and cartoons on a VCR,
I or play with the toys in the toy rooms. A
combination Theme Park, Water Park and
