THEANALYSIS OF FACTORS THAT INFLUENCED ACTIVE PARTICIPATION OF

THE CADRE POSYANDU IN THE COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTRE MARIUK
TAMBAKDAHAN DISTRICT SUBANG REGENCY YEAR 2010

The health was main capital for humankind to be able to enjoy his life optimally,
therefore humankind could work and enjoy his life in an optimal. manner the problem of the
health in part still the height of the mother's death rate, the infant mortality rate, the
prevalence of the nutrient not all that and still the height of the prevalence of the based
illnesslike DHF, URTI, diarrhea, avian influenza, etc. Posyandu was the realisation of the
community's participation in the health service of the foundation for the increase and the
maintenance t the level of the health of the spread community the area all over the corner of
the mother land. These efforts were joint responsibility between the government and people.
One of the forms of the community's participation in this health field was and the existence of
cadres of the health or the cadre posyandu.

This research public aimed at knowing factors that influenced the interest of the
community in becoming the cadre and to know relations between the role of village
apparatus and the role of the community health centre and the interest to be cadre in the
community health centre.

The method of this research is Qualitative. Qualitative using In Depth Interview and
open quesioner to the responden who is providing health. Sampling technic using whole
sampling, total 30 responden. Data analysis using Thematic analysis.

The conclusion from this research was The shortage of the benefit that was felt by the
cadre and not yet the achievement of programs posyandu one of them was caused by the
shortage of the number of cadres posyandu
