Referrals / Follow – ups

As of today, July 28, 2010, the client, Luanne Carla Profeta, is still in admission
at the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center for Behavioral Sciences. After the said
patient has been possibly discharged from the said facility, our recommendations are as
follows:

• Comply the medication prescribed by the physician

• Have a firm foundation in the support system of the client

• Continue having regular check-ups and therapies

• As much as possible, avoid the exposure of environmental stressors that

can agitate the client.
