Bhayangkara hospital Polda Lampung is the institutions engaged in health services that provide
non-medical services, medical services, health care, disease prevention and improve the quality
of public health. Bhayangkara hospital Polda Lampung There are several of health facilities,
such as the pharmacy installation, that is one of the main services that demand services and
delivery of drugs in the Polri members and their families and the general public. But not
everything is accomplished with computer courses are obstructed the passage of health services.

Based on the description above, the author makes pharmacy information systems of data
processing performed using computerized. Using web-based applications and MySQL database,
this system is expected to help provide some information about medicines and medical devices
for patients and management of Bhayangkara hospital Polda Lampung, and can help the
performance of pharmacy staff in the warehouse, which can improve health care in the
Bhayangkara hospital Polda Lampung.
