 Operations & Finance committee:
Nominated to the committee May 18th, 2010. Meeting May 20th 2010.
Extensive review of 2010-2011 annual budget in preparation for upcoming
May 25th meeting.

Faculty Work:
 Haskayne Student Levy Committee:
Organized and sent out application for executives for the 2010-2011
committee with an application due date of June 1st, 2010.
 CIF Clubs Trailer Renovations:
o May 7th, 2010 - Alongside Ashley Bradley, met with Jane Brown
concerning the quotation that was given to Carmen Tsang and
used as the basis of the CIF proposal. Discussed material
possibilities and potential costs of the renovation. Still awaiting final
details concerning costs.
 Clubs contact:
Organized a list of all new business club presidents as a first point of
contact for the trailer renovations, with the help of Kathy Weninger.
Shared this valuable information with Ms. Bradley and Daniela
Montgomery – President of the Commerce Undergraduate Society.
