BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jackson in Jackson

County, Minnesota, duly convened in regular session this 7th day of September, 2010, that the
preliminary budget of the City of Jackson for the 2010 year, as attached herewith, be and the
same is hereby adopted and approved as required by law.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator be directed to file a copy of

this preliminary budget information with the Jackson County Auditor/Treasurer, also as required
by law.

Duly passed, adopted and approved this 7th day of September, 2010.
