(a) Swine Flu. Mild fever with running nose, cough & sore throat with
or without body ache, Headache, Diarrhea, and vomiting
Day Scholars
3. Day Scholars who feel any symptoms are to stay at home and get themselves
checked from an authorized hospital and join back only when they have fully
recovered from flu/fever.
Hostel Students
4. The parents / guardians are to be informed immediately and the students are
to stay at their local guardians or parents place and get themselves checked-up.
They are to join back only when they have fully recovered from flu/fever and are
permitted by the Doctor/Hospital to resume classes.
5. In extreme cases where parents / local guardians are not able to attend to the
student, the Head of Institution / Dy Dir Hostels Admin along with University
Doctor will assist in medical check-up/Help.
6. Students are advised to use mosquito repellants in their rooms even during
day time.
General Instructions
7. All students are advised to wear long trousers and full sleeve shirts for at
least next two months to guard against mosquito bite.
8. Avoid eating food from outside carts or the road side vendors, to guard
against Flu infection.
10. Cover the mouth and nose while coughing and sneezing.
13. A special medical counseling cell has been created if any parents/Guardians

14. Any student who for above reasons is staying at home/local guardian is to
inform Dr Rama Patnayak, Dir, SASS at the Mob. No. 9650892419/9811554662 or
HOI/HoD of the respective Institution.
