You are the secretary of your school English Language Society. The society organised a trip to an old
folks’ home. Based on the notes given below, write a report of your trip.

 Number of teachers who accompanied
 Activities
 cleanliness project
 lunch
 traditional indoor games
 demonstration on making simple handicraft
 give donations collected by the members of the society

When writing the report, you should remember:

- to give a suitable title
- to put your signature and name as the reporter
- to use all the information given
- to add extra information about the trip
- to arrange the points in chronological order
- to use the correct tense, usually it is in the past tense
