SCHEDULE –C– SPECIFICATION OF THE WORKS

1. Structure A.)Earth excavation for all round main walls


2’ width of R.R.Masanary for a depth of 3’

structural conditions.

5. Lintel, Sunshade, Through Lintel concrete of 6” thick at the


Loft 7’0”level from floor. in R.C.C. 1:2:4.
Sunshades and Lofts are provided. Each Bed
Room and Kitchen 2’0” wide of Loft will be
Provided. Sill level concrete 3” will be
Provided for all Windows.

6. Roof Slab Roof Slab using ¾” metal in R.C.C. 1:2:4 and


4 ½ “thick is including the Shuttering and
deshuttering. Structured steels are provided
accordingly as per our design with 10ø at 7”
C/C and 6ø at 7” C/C .If necessary for
structural condition R.C.C. Roof Beams to the
required size, If it is in structural design will
be provided.

7. Plastering Ceiling ½” Thick in CM 1:4


External ¾” Thick in CM 1:5
Internal ½” Thick in CM 1:5

8. Parapet Parapet walls 2 ½‘height 4 ½ “thick above


the Roof in CM 1:6 using table molded bricks.

9. Flooring Vitrified 2 x 2 tiles and skirting 3” width


ceramic tiles for all Rooms.

10. Kitchen Platform, 2’0” wide Granite Slab over R.C.C. Slab and a
Shelves, Kitchen 3’0” width shelf will be provided in Kitchen
Sink. and one Bed Room. One Steel sink is
provided in Kitchen. In Dining hall Wash
Basin will be provided.

11. Electrical and Electrical and Plumbing work are done for
Plumbing the Building with normal required points.

Tank will be provided and 0’4” Thick slab is
covered over the Top and Plastering of CM
1:3 finished smooth.

15. Overhead Water 1no 500 Liters capacity PVC Tank over Roof
Tank Top.

16. Septic tank Septic tank cum soak pit of dia 4’ and depth
up to 7’ is provided for the building and a
cover slab is provided.
17. Painting a.) Wall and Ceiling: Two coat of Putty
finish.
b.) Door& Windows: Two coats of Enamel
Paint over the two coat of Primer.
c.) Steel Work: Do as above.
d.) Simple carving works will be provided.

18. Water Supply Pipes and fittings with quality Taps to Wash
work Basin & Kitchen Sink. Two Taps in each Bath
Room and one external Tap at rear side of
the house. All Taps are as per Company’s
standard quality.

19. Sanitary Work A.)Quality Pipes and Fittings with required
