Because YarrowBay andthe City of Maple Valley have reached a tentative agreement on the trafic mitigation measures and the percentage contribution by YarrowBay, we are respectfully requesting thatthe first ofthe "New Conditions in the draft revised conditions dated August 24 for The Villages and Lawson Hills be revised to incorporate and reflect the parties’ agreement to date. Our requested revision ae altached heeto in both redline and clean formats as Exhibits | and 2, respectively. The agreement as to the fifteen trafic mitigation measures and the percentage to be contributed by YarrowBay does nt representa complete agreement between the parties and neither purty is waiving any rights it may have by presenting the attached revised conditions to you for consideration. The parties are stil working on the implementation etals ofthese afc mitigation measures, such as payment terms, timing of payment and/or timing of construction.
