Before His Lordship Chief Justice Gordon Ward OBE sitting at the Supreme Court, Grand Turk,
Turks and Caicos Islands.

UPON reading the written request of the Defendants to the Registry and the 3rd affidavit of Akierra
Missick sworn September 15 th , 20 I 0 and filed herein and upon the Plaintiffs having failed to pay the
Defendants' costs of the Plaintiffs' unsuccessful appeal to the Court of Appeal in accordance with the
order and certificate of the Registrar of the Court of Appeal made on May 17 th , 2010 and dated May
26 th , 20 10 together with interest thereon at the judgment debt rate of 6% from the date of the Court of
Appeal's order of July 29 th , 2009 by no later than S.OOpm on Friday August 20 th , 20 I O.

IT IS ORDERED that:

1. The Plaintiffs' daim do stand dismissed.

2. he Defendants' costs of the action to be taxed ifnot agreed
