 In process of inspection on Pressure Parts &Vessels of Boiler components.
 Headers (Ring Header), Drums, Coils (Super Heaters, Reheaters)& Water Wall
Panel.
 Inspection of Raw materials, weld visual inspection, residual stress, hydro test
inspection.
 Final inspection & compilation of documentation. Maintaining & controlling of
all Quality related problems.
 NDT methods like radiographic testing using (Iridium 192 & Cobalt 60) X-rays
units.
 Magnetic particle testing (Dry, wet fluorescent & Non- fluorescent methods).
 Ultrasonic testing & liquid penetrating testing on boiler drums, headers, pipes and
tubes. Knowledge of film evaluation, auto & manual film processing.
