Applicants are required to:

1) Give full time from 9.00 am to 11.00 pm daily for volunteering for 15 days, from 18th Oct. to 1st Nov. 2010.
2) Take part in the conference promotion activities and distribute pamphlets after Jummah Salah.
3) Follow the instructions of Team Leader / Group Leader.
4) Provide 2 recent (size 3.5cm x 3.5cm) colour photograph for ‘volunteer badges’.
5) All the forms duly filled should be submitted latest by 15th October 2010.

I hereby affirm that, I am interested in participating as a volunteer for the Peace Conference. I also
assure you that I will attend all the meetings of the Conference. I will contribute to the best of my abilities
in helping IRF in its Conference activities. I have read the rules for becoming a Volunteer and I agree to
abide by them.
