 To maintain integrity and independence during the interview and as provided
in the PPA PSPRP, the chairman, CPPO Benita Maramag, shall inhibit during the
interview of applicants coming from Cagayan PPO 2 and she shall be replaced by
CPPO Luz M. Amigo. Likewise, SPPO/OIC Arlene C. Cacatian, shall inhibit during the
interview of applicants coming from Cagayan PPO 3, and she shall be replaced by
SPPO/OIC Ma. Cristina Vibar, an alternate 2nd level member.

Reimbursement of actual traveling expenses is hereby authorized subject to

the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing rules and
regulations.
