Autoclave 15 min. 2000 µL Zeatine,
SIM Media 1000 µL Cefotaxime,
5.882 g Sodium Citrate 2000 µL Kanamycin,
20 g Sucrose 1000 µL Vancomycin
pH 5.5 Root Media Plates
Autoclave 15 min. 4.4 g MS
After cooling - Add in 25 g Sucrose
X µL Acetosyringone, 2.5 g Gelrite/Gelzan
X µL Spectinomycin, pH 5.7 -5.9
X µL Chloramphenicol Autoclave 15 min.
for every X mL bacteria culture After cooling – Add in
Co-Cultivation Media (Liquid) 200 µL NAA,
4.4 g MS 1000 µL Cefotaxime,
25 g Sucrose 2000 µL Kanamycin,
pH 5.7 – 5.9 1000 µL Vancomycin
Autoclave 15 min.

After cooling – Add in
