Regarding your solar power requirement at home, we recommend you to

take components with this magnitude. This is designed to compensate

future efficiency losses also. Any thing less than this configuration will surel
y damage your devices. This is designed to cover future efficiency losses also.
By simple calculations:
Each fan would consume about 80w per hour.
Each tube light would consume about 40w per hour.
So for 4 tube lights and 4 fans for 4 hours we require about 2kw of
power vide the following calculation:
Running these for 4hrs would need about (4hrsx40wx4nos) +
(4hrsx80wx4nos) = 640Wh + 1280Wh = 1920 Wh or 2Kwh is necessary or in
energy conversion about 2 units of electricity is consumed.
Requirement of solar panels would be like this:
Panel with 125w capacity with an exposure for 6 hrs produces about
750w per day. Hence for reaching 2kW we need 3 panels each costing
Rs.18500/-
Coming to your requirement you need to go for solar power installing
panels up to 125w x 3nos with a1000va inverter and 12v 100Ah x 2 nos
batteries.
This will provide enough back up for your requirement of about 4 tube
lights and 4 fans for 4 hours as per your requirement.
The project would cost in the following manner: (rough estimate only)
1. 125w panels (each Rs.15000/-) x 3 nos - Rs. 45,000/-
2. 1000 va inverter (Rs.12000/-) x 1 - Rs. 12,000/-
(Please get only pure sine wave module with at least 0.75 pf)
3. 100Ah battery's (each Rs. 6000/-) x 1 - Rs. 12,000/-
4. Charge controller + battery manager 24v-25amps (6000/-) x 1 - Rs.6,000/-
5. Clamps, stands, Cables etc - Rs.5,000/-
6. Erection & Misc - 10,000/-
Total project would cost about 90 thousands app
Please note unless you go with this extent only you can actually
manage the load or else you need to compromise switching off something
if you want to switch on something.
