provided.

PHILOSOPHY
- statement of beliefs and values that direct the
behavior in the organization
- is the sense of purpose of the organization and the
reason behind the structure and goals.
GOALS
OBJECTIVES
- tend to be more specific and concrete.
- They are action commitments through which the key
elements of the organization’s mission and purpose
will be achieved and the philosophy or belief
sustained.
