Branch Tech Assessment

A. Customer Assistance Yes No Name of Staff


1 Greets incoming and outgoing customers
2 Assists the customers locating his/her workstation
3 Assists the customers upon logging out.
4 Roves around the branch and reminds the customer to their valuables and belongings
5 Offers assistance to the customer on their needed service.
6 Offers Netopia membership to the customers.
7 Answers customer inquiries (walk in/telephone)

B. Reporting Yes No Name of Staff


1 Prepares and submits of Internet Report, Weekly Technical Report, Deficiency Report to Cluster Technician and Cluster Manager every Friday
2 Prepares and submits the PC-Equipment Inventory Report to Cluster Technician every end of the month
3 Prepares incident report if needed.
4 Coordinates to Cluster Technician for branch complex technical problems (Café Management System or CMS, Modem, Router).
5 If internet connection down report immediately to PLDT and advice also the cluster technicians and CM’s.

C. Hardware and Software Yes No Name of Staff


1 Keeps all the computer parts, equipment and peripherals working in good condition
2 Regularly runs utilities (AVG, Spybot, Ad-Aware) on workstations.
3 Regularly checks and updates banner ads on the workstations.
4 Check the workstations application software (MS Office, Game) and operating software (Windows XP) if working properly
5 Checks and updates game patches regularly.

D. Check regularly the IP Cam if the recording is functioning. Yes No Name of Staff
1 Minor printer trouble shooting (head cleaning, nozzle check, Ink charging and replacement of feeder). Include laser printer troubleshooting.
2 Always keep the workstations clean in virus and always follow the software list downloadable in our intranet.

E. Network Management Yes No Name of Staff


Ensures the stability of Internet connection before branch operations.
Checks the network devices and network cables if their connection is in stable manner.
Performs network troubleshooting when network connectivity problems occurred and follow our DSL escalation. performs as follows,
