1. First Officers:
a. FO top FO salary is capped at 24,518 AED at Step 13. (24.01.05)
b. FO base 19,660 AED base (28.12.06)

2. Captains:

a. Capt top AED 40570 at Step 30, No advance/increment beyond this step (24.01.05)
b. Capt base AED 40570 at Step 30, No advance/increment beyond this step (24.01.05)
c. Capt base AED 24518 3% increments per year based on merit and company performance upto Step
30. DEC's start on AED 28650. (15.08.05)

3. Pension Details

Company pays 12% of basic monthly salary into provident fund scheme (15% after 10 years completed).
Member pays a compulsory 5% of basic salary/month. Upon leaving company entitled to the following:
less than 5 years completed-no portion of the companies contribution more than 5 years completed but
less than 7 years: 75% of the companies portion 7 or more years completed: 100% of the companies
contribution.

Salary Structure of Flight Attendants

The Remuneration package consists of the following:

Basic Salary Range: AED 3,020 to AED 3,250 per month based on seniority
Duty Day Payment Range: AED 210 per duty day worked
