You are aware that the Diploma Examinations of C.05, C.00, & ER-91 Schemes are
scheduled to be conducted from 20-10-2010 onwards, in all the Polytechnics in the state. The
following instructions are issued with regard to conduct of above examinations for strict
compliance.

1. At the new Govt. polytechnics, which were established during the academic year 2008-09,
& 2009-10, the Principals/HOS/Others who are acting as officers on specially duty shall act as
Chief Superintendents for the ensuring examinations commencing from 20-10-2010 onwards.

2. The principals / Head of sections / Others shall make necessary arrangements at their old
stations / Head quarters, by ensuring that the next senior most HOS / Staff member acts as the
Chief Superintendent for the ensuring examinations.

3. No Principal / Chief Superintendent of any Polytechnic shall proceed on leave without prior
sanction of the same from the undersigned during the examination period.

4. These instructions shall be followed without any deviation.
