WESTLAKE VILLAGE – Meg Whitman had one message for the hundreds of voters who surrounded her at
a rally in Westlake Village on Monday – and it resounded loud and clear.

“We’re going to win this.”

That’s what she told the 500-strong crowd that poured into an outdoor courtyard to show their support,
chanting “We want Meg!” and waving signs that read, “Meg is ready” and “New Jobs, Real Change”.

In one week, California voters will go to the polls to elect a career-problem solver to take the helm and move
California forward.

And Meg is telling everyone: she’s ready.

“We are ready to take back our state. We are ready to get it done for our kids and our grandchildren,” she
said as the crowd roared. “We are going to restore the California dream for every Californian … Our problems
are tough, but so am I.”

With Election Day fast approaching, the momentum behind Meg’s campaign is evident across the state. The
rally in Westlake Village was one of dozens of events Meg will have across California in the coming days. And
thousands of voters are expected to turn out – in this final stretch, they want to show California that they’re
behind Meg 100 percent.

That’s why Sarah Koerting, a student at California Lutheran University, broke away from class to be with
fellow supporters at Monday’s rally. In Meg, Sarah sees promise for her future, and she wanted to do her
part to support the woman who she says is going to change the direction of California for the better.

“When Californians look at Meg, they see hope, they see what their future should look like,” Sarah said.
“They see jobs, they see education for their kids -- they see everything as life should be.”
