FIAT 124 and X1/9 series were in production for many years. The engines exhibited a great deal of compatibility.
Engine swaps are not uncommon! A 1974 engine bolts into a 1980 car almost undetected. A new owner needs to
know what engine is in his car before ordering parts. The chart below will take the uncertainty out of ordering parts
and accessories. Just because things look the same does not mean that they are interchangeable.
