Nutritional Guide
Food & Nutritional reference information

Welcome to a new way of life and longevity. This dietary program will serve as a
guideline and reference for you to maximize your healing by choosing the foods that
will assist your body. This guide is comprised of foods that may be consumed on a
daily basis and also foods that should be abstained. We recommend the intake of the
fruits, vegetables and some grains that have their natural alkaline properties that help
neutralize and eliminate the acid forming mucus that often gets trapped in the body.

The foods that are noted as foods to abstain from are a mixture of two or more natural
or unnatural organisms that results in a crossbred or “hybrid”. We also recommend that
you abstain from lactic, carbonic and uric acids contained in dairy products, starches
and animal flesh, respectively. These acids break down the mucus membrane
obstructing the cells and cause a lack of oxygen throughout the body whereas minerals
can not be fully absorbed.

In order to receive the complete the complete benefit of your compounds, it is

imperative that you follow the dietary instructions. We recommend organic, seasonal
foods.

INTRACELLULAR CLEANSING AND THE REVITALIZING OF THE

BODY
We formulate our herbal compounds to break up and remove mucus from specific areas
in the body. However, they also have the unique ability to work with the body as a
whole, providing a complete cleansing to remove toxins, acids and poisons that have
accumulated in our body systems over the years. We are targeting the cause of disease,
not the symptoms. As a result of working with this approach to healing, we have been
successful in reversing many basic and life threatening manifestations for the last 30
years.

Since the herbs used in the compounds have a natural origin, they continue to release
their cleansing properties up to 14 days after they are initially taken. So, following the
dietary guidelines are equally important as consistently taking your herbs in order to
provide your body with the proper environment to achieve better health.
Nutritional Guide
Food & Nutritional reference information

In beginning this program, you will receive a complete nutritional package consisting of
various herbal compounds, specializing in cleansing and rebuilding the cells. Your
intracellular package will last about 7-10 days, but will continue to release their
cleansing and nourishing properties for about 14 days.

We recommend follow up nutritional packages every 7-10 days for the first three
months to receive the maximum benefit of this cleansing program according to
financial ability. Again, we also recommend following the diet in order to maximize
cell reparation. Abstaining from lactic acid (diary), carbon acid (starches) and uric
(meats) is very important to supporting your body’s natural healing function.

Fasting for 21 days is highly recommended, although optional, throughout the program.
Modification of diet, by eliminating meats, diary and starches is necessary if fasting is
not preferred. For the process of elimination to occur and absorption of nutrients, our
bodies must be supplied with the proper minerals from herbal teas, fruits, and fresh fruit
juices, raw vegetables and water. The combination of foods is equally important to the
maintenance of great health. See food combination guide included in this guide.

We recommend a 9-12 month cycle of taking the compounds along with diet
modification. Consistency with which one maintains this cycle will determine the
success rate that one obtains in breaking down calcified mucus and removing it from
the body’s system.

TRANSITIONAL FOODS
Transitional foods are recommended only if elimination of foods from the diet is too
drastic in the beginning. However, transitional foods are only recommended for
transition purpose only 3-6 months and should be decreased in increments as time
passes. Some of the foods on the omit list can be used as transitional foods,
occasionally and not in abundance. Using certain foods to transition from eating meats,
refined sugars, flour products and dairy will continue to create mucus in the body.
However, once the mind begins to change the body will follow. Some foods that are
considered transitional foods are fish, soy products, wheat products, processed and pre-
packaged foods, etc. Do not use transitional foods for extended amounts of time. Due
to the acidic affect they can have on the body, especially if you are healing from a
major physical imbalance in the body. Because transitional foods are mucus forming,
when they are consumed, use caution and strive to eliminate them quickly from the
body by drinking lots of water and eating foods that will push the toxins out of the
colon. Eat light for a few days following the consumption of these foods. If you
continue to find it difficult to transition from transitional foods, begin to ask question if
there is an emotional attachment to a certain food and why.

Enzymes
“Enzymes are substances that make life possible. They are needed for every chemical
reaction that takes place in the human body. No mineral, vitamin or hormone can do
any work without enzymes. Our bodies, all our organs, tissues and cells are run by
metabolic enzymes.” Dr. Howell, Enzyme Nutrition.
Enzymes are so critical to our bodies process and state of wellness. Metabolic enzymes
exist in he cells, tissues and organs. Digestive enzymes help digest carbohydrates,
proteins and fat. Food enzymes come enclosed in whole, raw foods in their proper
proportions. These enzymes are destroyed at temperatures above 118 degrees.
Therefore, food enzyme shortages eventually result in the degeneration and disease of
the body. Simply put, the dangerous effects of eating an abundance of cooked foods
may not be felt immediately, they have a cumulative effect on the body and eventually
the internal organs break down.
For more information on enzymes read “Enzyme Nutrition” by Dr. Howell.
