This report is to explain about disposal of archieve in Archive Center Ministry of

Energy and Mineral Resources. The purpose of this report is to know system disposal of
archive. Archive taken care of in there is tekstual of archive.
The data collection was carried out throught three methods, the first method is
reference study. Reference study is an approach that is carried out by collecting data from
library research which have relationship with problems which often being faced in field.
Reference study as an initial conceptual description an as relevant secondary data as
supported report. The second method is observation, that is an approach done by doing
observation directly to the object, being observed. The last method is interview by asking
questionsdirectly to the related and competent respondents in order to get information to
complete and clarify the observation result.
The summary of this final report is process of destroying that in there done if it
seems that the archives, which according to the archive official in the Archive Center of
the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, are destroyed directly and separated from
the archives which are still stored. It is called as”cutting” system. This system is
functioned to accelerate the work without making the data of the archives which are
destroyed by using the available counter machine.
