• You are required to fill up your details

online.
• Please go through the details of steps
mentioned here.
• Kindly check the details while
submitting the data finally.
Online Semester Pre-Registration
• You are required to confirm the following subject details of your
semester before filling up your form:

1. Compulsory Subjects being offered.

2. Alternative Subjects allotted.
3. Extra Academic Activity subject allotted.

• After submitting the form, a report is generated based on the

subjects you had selected in the screen.

• CHECK the subject details properly generated in the report .

If you get stuck at any point of time, contact Office

Automation Cell between 2 pm to 5 pm on 21st October
2009.

User Name
• Enter your Roll No.
• For Example – 109BM0006.
 Password
• Same as the User Name.
• Enter your Roll No.
 User Type
• Select STUDENT from the list.
 Login
• Click the Login button to enter.
 REGISTRATION
• Click the REGISTRATION button to
enter.
• Click on Student
PreRegistration option.
• Click on Student
PreRegistration sub option.
• Select 2nd
Semester
from the
choice list.
 SUBJECT LIST

• The subject list is displayed below.

• The subjects which are checked are
allotted to you.

• Select your Extra Academic

Activity Subject from the options.
• Click ADD button to add the
subject to the list below in order
of your preference.
• Click the up and down
arrows to change the
order of subject
preferences.
• Click the SUBMIT
button to save the
data and view the
report.
SEMESTER PRE-REGISTRATION
REPORT

• The REPORT is generated as

seen above.
• Check the details properly.
After saving the details :

 The process of semester pre-registration will

be successfully completed.
 Final registration for the concerned semester
will be held in January 2011.
 The confirmation of subjects allotted to you
will be done during the Final Registration
process.
