Introduction
In every day life, we can see easily freezing and cold storage facilities in fishery
storage building, supermarket, department store, ice cream store, meat and fishery
store, etc to keep agricultural, fishery and its processed products fresh not to be
rotten, tainted, and perished. Shortly speaking, these systems are indispensable to us
nowadays.

The Company is proud of its capacity enabling to provide outstanding refrigeration

and cold storage plant incomparable to those of its competitors in home and abroad
in terms of construction budget, easy operation and economic maintenance cost and
its accumulated technology and know-how makes it possible to enjoy sound
reputations from its clients.

Application Areas of Plant
Freeze and Cold Storage Plant
This Plant is strongly recommended to clients who should keep seasonal products such as agricultural
and marine products and or their processed products be kept for a long time in cold stores. For some
products, freezing is required to keep its freshness of the products keeping pace with the increase of
production as well as consumption. These freezing and cold storage facility are able to be set up in both
producers and sailing points.

Refrigeration Plant
This refrigeration plant is used for storing of the products in low temperature especially in fields of
agricultural, marine and processed foods.

Individual Quick Freezing(IQF) System

The individual quick freezing systems are being used very widely in not only cooling foods, but also
freezing foods. There are three kinds of individual quick freezing systems.

Freezing and Cold Storage Plant

A Contact Plate Freezer System, which is a horizontal contact freezer for the quick freezing of meat and
fish industries as well as laboratories. Its features include, but not limited, aluminum alloy freezing plate,
excellent durableness, shorter freezing time, insulated cabinet with double door.

A Spiral Belt Freezing System, which is normally used in cooling and freezing of a very wide range of
products such as meat, fish, poultry ice cream and so on.
It has strong merits in compact size, adjustable belt speed, possible to produce wide range of the
products, sanitary cooler system and structural design.

A Tunnel Type Freezer System that is applicable to handling of marine products including shrimp, crab
and processed foods such as meatball, hamburger, etc.

Vacuum Freeze Drying System

The cooling moist food made rapidly to minus 40℃ under vacuum to remove the water by sublimation
is commonly called freeze-drying. Freeze drying maintains the original appearance of the foods with
almost no loss of flavor or nutritional balance. Due to their high porosity, freeze-dried foods re-hydrate
instantly in hot or cold water. They are popular with clients because of their high quality and
convenience. Vacuum freeze-drying materials that must be preserved with their essential qualities
intact. It has many applications in various fields for food and confectionary preparation to biochemistry
and pharmacology.

Cooling and Drying System

This system can be widely used in drying process for farm products, seafood, leather, timber, coffee,
snack, flower, etc. In addition, it is possible to fine work in the dry room.

Block Ice Making Plant

With this System, the ice blocks can be made for various purposes such as cooling of perishable goods
like fish on board trawlers during transportation, cooling of beverages, processing of sausages, fowls
and a vast number of other applications where quick and efficient cooling is required at low cost.

Production Capacity
A Plant capacity can be determined according to the kinds of products to be cooled or freezed and
clients market situation.

Raw Materials and Utility Consumption

These will be discussed at the time in technical meetings in line with production capacity.

Land and Buildings

These will be discussed at the time of technical meeting when the production capacity is determined.

Construction Schedule
About 8 months after receipt of down payment after signing the Contract for basic engineering/detail
design, supply of equipment and machinery, ocean/inland transportation to site, civil and buildings, field
installation and commissioning and start-up. However, this proposed construction period is subject to
change by the business circumstance.

Technology Transfer with Training Program

The Company will provide Owner with latest technology and operational know-how for the effective
