12. Written declarations (Rule 51)


Written declarations 6/2001 and 7/2001 had not received the required number of signatures and had
therefore lapsed pursuant to the provisions of Rule 51(5).

13. Transfer of appropriations


The Committee on Budgets had considered the proposal for transfer of appropriations 13/2001 (C5-0276/
2001  SEC(2001) 965).

Having noted the Council’s opinion, the committee had decided, pursuant to Article 26(5)(b) of the Finan-
cial Regulation, to authorise the transfer in accordance with the following breakdown:
