Pre-stage 8 min Students are remembered how to use: must, have to and need Students are explain when to use would like to and rather. Examples are shown to them
While-stage 20 min Pictures depicting different jobs are shown to
them. Students have to answer some of the questions asked by me, for example: Who would like to be a doctor? And the student who answers has to pick up a card which says: I would like to be a doctor. Different questions are going to be asked regarding jobs. In order to explain “rather” different kinds of foods are going to be shown to them which they have to answer if they rather to eat a sandwich or an ice cream for example. They are going to have to pick up a card according to their preferences and write in on the board.
Post-Stage 10 min I’m going to give them a sheet of paper with a
“matching” activity. Students have to match the two corresponding parts of the sentence. Closing 2 min Students are remembered the contents learnt in the class Goodbye.
