Description : This project describes color quantization, also known as color
reduction or color optimization, is the process of reducing the number of colors in an image
while keeping color distortion to an acceptable level. The reduction in the number of colors is
made possible due to the characteristic of the human visual system (HVS).The HVS is known
to be much less sensitive to color than brightness variations.
Platform : Complied in TMS3206713 on code composer studio (CCS).
