ABSTRACT
This plan of instruction, study guides, and workbooks
for a secondary-postsecondary-level course in refrigeration and :ir
conditzoning ate one of a number of military-developed curriculaa
packages selected for adaptation to vocational instruction and
curc-culum development ina civilian setting. It is the second
sectioa of a three-p2rt course (see Vote for other sections) int2niei
to tra:n students location, function,
installation, operational checking, secvicing, repair, and
aaintenance or refriaeration end air conditicning systeas. Deaiing
specifically with basic refrigeration, refrigeration controls ani
accessories, and domestic and commercie! refrigeration, this sestion
contains three blocks covering 230 hours of instructzon: Basic
Refrigeration (u lessons), Pefrigeration Controls and Accessories (3
lessons}, and Domest:c and Commercis! Pefrigeration (2 lessons). The
plo of instruction contains ar outline of the teaching steps,
cratecion objectives, lessor duration, correlation of tasks with +
training standerd, and suopor* materials and guidance. Student
