Support vision zero (zero recordable injuries)


Actively support all safety related activities including ERT
To Ensure 40 Hours of Training on Learning & Development
To ensure PRCL is maintained for 100% from the Process Alternates of RAM SAS Support
process.
Ensure 100% compliance on required training in CLMS of self.
To support to my supervisor to achieve the engament score of 95%
Support to my supervisor in demonstrating importance of Values in Action through adherence to
PMP process.
Providing the SAS training to coworkers.
Ensure send the weekly status report to supervisor and team leader every week on Friday.

Quality - Service Level Commitments (Very Demanding Challenge - 40% of time)

Attend regular Internal & External review meetings for RAM SAS Support processes to see the
performance & continuous improvements.
Achieve Zero defect for RAM SAS Support processes
Improve Customer Satisfaction level of 4.20 RAM SAS support process
Actively participate in all the Quality Review Meetings & provide valuable suggestions to
improve the current process
Continue to adhere to ISO standards:
100% ISO compliance for new and existing projects.
Actively participate in the internal and external audits – take necessary steps to comply with
audit standards and expectations.
Ensure 100% Quality Check for all SAS Support process

Collaborate with the process partners to identify areas of process redundancy and take actions to
eliminate waste.
Complete all SAS related requirement in given time of period.

Velocity - Provide on time services. (Demanding Challenge - 35% of time)

Ensure 100% On-time Delivery for RAM SAS Support


To increase the productivity for STC & Warehouse Audit process by doing process
improvements
Attend PID on a daily basis.
Complete both SAS certification (basic and advance), till end of the year.

Cost - Cost Management & Profitable Growth (Normal Challenge - 10% of time)

Support my supervisor for achieving the RAM Division 6 Sigma Value Prop of $195K
100% compliance with planned recoveries for all projects.
