Anatomy case discussion 3:

A 23 yr old male consulted because of severe right lumbar pain radiating to the right inguinal sulcus.
History started 1 week prior to consultation when experienced intermittent bearable colicky right
lumbar pain, no other accompanying symptoms.

VS: BP 120/80,  RR=36, T =37, PR =89


Pertinent PE: abdomen soft non tender, no masses

Routine urinalysis revealed: Pus cells 3-5/HPF, RBC 40-50/HPF, negative for bacteria

IVP: hydronephrosis R and hydroureter up to the middle third
