Instructions / Notes:
• Print the wrought iron fences and the prison cage (with window panes) onto printer transparencies.
Print the other pages onto standard cardstock.
• Score (and sometimes reverse-score) along the fold-lines to make folding easier. Be careful when
scoring transparencies as it is easy to cut through them.
• Glue the transparent window panes between the layers of the finished window frames.
• There is one solid, complete stained-glass window to use if you prefer non-transparent windows or
don’t have access to printer transparencies.
• You can cut the door to make it functional or remove it entirely to create an archway.
• The window and door panels slip easily between castle pieces and are held lightly in place by the
side-tabs.
• To use the fence, slip the fence tabs between HeroScape tiles along their “fault lines”. Remove
unnecessary tabs to bridge across solid tiles.
• Use clear tape to construct the cage. You can either load the cage from the top or cut off the
bottom section in order to place the cage over figures.
• The tombstones slip in between tiles just like the fence sections. There are two blank tombstones
to add your own epitaphs.
