THE POWER OF 2 CIRCLES

The corratec 2Circle-System is establishing its-
elf as the perfect rear end suspension system in
the bike scene. The sensitive response behavior
and the optimum effectiveness of the suspen-
sion guarantee perfect riding properties of the
bike in Uphill, Cross Country and Marathon.
The rear end and the suspension operate on
two circuits each of which has its own linkages.
This arrangement guarantees that the suspen-
sion is always activated in a linear direction; no
side forces can influence the suspension. In this
way an extremely sensitive action is guaranteed
when activated and deactivated and the knee le-
ver effect is avoided – the wear on the suspen-
sion is greatly reduced and its life is extended.
The suspension always functions in its optimal
range of effectiveness and can be adjusted to
suit the individual.

CONDITIONS
The Pro Size System stands for significantly more
possibilities when selecting a suitable frame. Instead
of working with centimeters, the cyclist selects from
five frame sizes from XS to XL. In racing bikes with
Pro Size System more attention is paid to the suita-
bility of the set length of the top tube which has to
guarantee optimum position on the bike. The seat
height on the other hand is adjustable. In this way the
combination of the geometry of the frame with the
top tube which drops out to the rear provides, with
Pro Size System, a lot more choice when selecting
the most suitable frame.

SYSTEM – ONE FOR ALL
It is the inner bearing system for all commercial spro-
cket sets. The inner bearing of the crank producer
does not have to be installed as our system is already
equipped with bearings. These are integrated into the
frame with appropriate adapter systems. The axle of
the sprocket set runs on self-lubricating Derlin bus-
hings (High-tech plastic). The system guarantees
greater stability and longer life due to inner bearings
with a greater diameter and arrangement in the ma-
ximum possible distance at optimum weight.

options for suspension travel: 120mm or 140mm on
the rear end. New C-Logo cable routing, which pre-
vents the casings from kinking when the suspension

X-VERT
The traditional Hardtail Bike for universal use on all
routes. The light and torsion resistant construction has
been further improved. Tubes with a larger diameter
and optimized cross section ensure lighter weight at
the same time as greater stiffness and exciting look.
All the aluminum frames received a 1.5“ head tube.
Due to this greater tube diameters are possible which
in turn makes for more stiffness at optimized weight.
In the latest series post mount mountings have been
included for the rear disc brakes. The cables are fixed
to the frame with C-Logo cable clips.

free because there is no chain but rather a belt drive
which tightens itself automatically. Smooth running
and almost silent movement. The drive was developed
and patented in cooperation with Bridgestone.
